Welcome and we are delighted to have you at Fox Run Golf Club. It is our goal to treat all guests of the Club as members of the Club. To make your visit more enjoyable, we have some helpful information:

The use of bag drop provided by the Club is encouraged. We also ask that all individuals change their shoes in the locker room located adjacent to the Golf Shop. It is required to check-in with the Golf Shop prior to play. Payment for all purchases must be made with a credit card. We also ask that you familiarize yourself with the following information from our Membership House Rules.

Code of Conduct

Members and Guests of the Club are expected to treat fellow members, guests and employees with courtesy and respect. The Ownership and Advisory Board will not tolerate abusive language or disrespectful conduct directed at an employee of the Club. This type of behavior will immediately be referred to the aforementioned parties for disciplinary action. Complaints concerning the conduct of a member, guest of a member or employee of the Club should be directed to the Advisory Board or General Manager. Members are directly responsible for their guests' adherence to the House Rules at all times. Each member should educate themselves first and then see that the conduct of their guests follows their example.

Attire

Members and guests are required to wear appropriate attire while on the property of Fox Run Golf Club. In all instances, clothes shall be neat and clean in appearance. The Management of the Club will be the sole interpreter of appropriate attire.

Men's Attire - Appropriateness of this attire shall mean: collared shirts with sleeves, mock turtlenecks, dress or golf slacks, and Bermuda shorts. The wearing of "neat denim blue jeans" will be permitted in the Grill and back patio of the Clubhouse.

To clarify "neat denim blue jeans"; holes, rips, tears, frays, excessive fade, bleached, stained, dirty or cut off shorts are not permitted. The wearing of cargo shorts or pants, tee shirts and warm-up suits are not permitted. Members and guests are required to have shirttails tucked in at all times. Headwear shall be worn with the brim forward and in its intended manner at all times.

Women's Attire - Appropriateness of this attire shall mean: skirts, tailored full-length slacks, Capri pants, Bermuda length or walking shorts. Shirts must have a collar, but are not required to have sleeves. The wearing of "neat denim blue jeans" will be permitted in the Grill and back patio of the Clubhouse.

To clarify "neat denim blue jeans"; holes, rips, tears, frays, excessive fade, bleached, stained, dirty or cut off shorts are not permitted. The wearing of cargo shorts or pants, tee shirts, halter, tube or tank tops and warm-up suits are not permitted.

Golf Shoes - Metal spikes, baseball or football shoes are not permitted on the golf course. Members and guests are not permitted to change their shoes in the parking lot. The Golf Services Personnel can direct guests to an available locker in the Locker Room.

Care of the Golf Course

The member shall be held responsible for the conduct of accompanied and unaccompanied guests at the Club. All players are expected to respect the physical condition of the golf course in the following ways:

  • Do not take divots or damage any putting surface.
  • Do not take divots on tees or fairways with practice swings.
  • Do not remove limbs or branches from trees and shrubs.
  • Replace all divots, repair all ball marks and rake all bunkers.
  • Please pick up any broken tees and dispose in the trash cans.
  • Please pick up any cigarette or cigar butts and dispose in the trash cans.
  • Please assist in keeping the Club clean for everyone.
  • Practice is restricted to the practice facility and is designated for this purpose.

Smoking

Smoking on the golf course is restricted to golf cars only. Cigarette and/or cigar butts shall be disposed of on the golf car in the provided container. Smoking is not permitted in the "Great Room", locker rooms or Golf Shop. Smoking is permitted in the "Grill" area and bar area of the Clubhouse.

Cellular Phones

Cellular phones are not permitted in the "Great Room" and are discouraged in the "Grill" area of the Clubhouse. Please make or receive any calls from the phone area at the end of the hallway near the main bar. They are also discouraged on the golf course.
